This inference is subject to further:
(1) saying (peace be upon him): "Believe God" before the verse is not beyond! It is outside the dispute, then he (peace be upon him) was limited to "Believe God", and the violator is not limited to; but innovation is also limited; what comes in (2).

O Allah, bestow upon us the Prophet proceeded to follow the (peace be upon him), and next to us innovating in religion, and our final prayer is praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
Glory and praise God, I bear witness that there is no god but You, forgiveness and I repent to you.
